Winter Holidays

December 21 January 2 The Juniper team is taking 2 weeks off at the end of December. See the table below for how this affects different areas of operations.

Design
Your designer may be available to work with you on design concepts and manufacturing drawings during this time. They will communicate their availability with you.
Sampling
Sampling operations will continue, but you will not be able to submit new products for sampling. Photos of samples completed during this time will be sent to you when we are back on January 3.
Manufacturing Inventory
Manufacturing inventory will continue, but you will not be able to purchase new inventory.
Launches
Since our account management team won't be available, you won't be able to launch products during this time.
Customer Success
Our team will still be available to process refunds and respond to any customer inquiries.

Lunar New Year

January 3 February 6 Our manufacturing partners will be closed for 5 weeks during Lunar New Year. See the table below for how this affects different areas of operations.

Sampling
Sampling operations will be paused, and any samples in progress will continue on February 7. You can submit new products for sampling, and they will start on February 7.
Manufacturing Inventory
Manufacturing operations will be paused, and any products in the middle of manufacturing will continue on February 7. You can purchase new inventory, and manufacturing will start on February 7.
Launches
You can still launch your products during this time! If your inventory isn't ready when you want to launch, you can launch products on pre-order.
Customer Success
Our team will still be available to process refunds and respond to any customer inquiries.

Easter Launches

Easter season is a great time to launch new products. Many people will have time off and be more active online, while brick and mortar stores typically have reduced hours. See the table below for important dates when planning an Easter product launch.

Approve the sample photos by December 17 so that we can ship it to you before our Winter Holidays.
Purchase Inventory
Purchase inventory by February 10 to leave enough time for manufacturing for an Easter launch.
Sample Approval Pre-Order Launch
Approve the sample photos by March 10 so that we can ship it to you before our Winter Holidays.
Launch
Launch your products on April 6 so they are available on Easter weekend. Of course, this date is a soft suggestion and you can plan an Easter launch earlier or later.
